NukaCraft: QOL & Bug fixes

NukaCraft: QOL & Bug Fixes is an addon designed to improve the NukaCraft experience by fixing issues with power armor rendering on servers. It addresses problems where power armor models fail to load correctly, leaving only the armor frame visible instead of the full armor.

The addon also fixes missing decals on power armor, helping armor details and textures display as intended. The goal is to make power armor look correct and work more reliably in multiplayer, while keeping the original NukaCraft mod intact.

Planned Content

• Structure Generation Fixes — Fix issues with NukaCraft structures generating incorrectly.
• Power Armor Hand Placement — Fix the positioning of items held in power armor’s hands.
• Power Armor Damage Adjustments — Rebalance power armor damage for a better gameplay experience.
• Loot Table Fixes — Fix loot tables to ensure items appear where they are intended to.
• Crafting Recipe Additions — Add crafting recipes for items that currently cannot be crafted.

  Why There Won’t Be a 1.20.1 Port

  Unfortunately, I will not be making a port of this mod to Minecraft 1.20.1. The developers have moved on from 1.20.1 and are no longer supporting that version, so continuing development for it would require maintaining a separate version of the mod.

  I’m constantly working on adding new features, improving existing mechanics, fixing bugs, and making sure everything works as intended. Supporting an additional Minecraft version would significantly increase the amount of work required, as every new feature, update, and bug fix could potentially need to be implemented and tested separately for 1.20.1.

  I’d rather focus my time and effort on the currently supported version so I can continue improving the mod and delivering new content without splitting development between multiple versions.

  I understand that some players still prefer Minecraft 1.20.1, and I appreciate everyone’s interest in the mod. However, maintaining a separate port simply isn’t practical for me alongside the ongoing development.
