NTM: Decentralized x Sable

NTM: Decentralized x Sable adds compatibility fixes and quality-of-life improvements between NTM: Decentralized Edition and Sable.

• Turbofan thrust for moving structures.
• FEL lasers working between sublevels and the main world.
• Explosions and black holes affecting sublevels.
• Nose-first impact detonation for fully assembled bombs.
• Fixed missile launches and targeting across sublevels and the main world.
• Fixed transport drone targeting, cargo delivery, and docking on moving sublevels.

and some new features for aeronautics, create and ntm de: space:

• hot air/blaze burners dont lights up when powered if the atmosfere doesn’t have at least 0.1 atm of rich/liquid oxygen
• you can pump steam from hbm to steam engines from create (works too for steam vent)
• on different planets you have different gravity for sublevels
• boilers from create/hbm can be powered by blaze burners or things that generate heat
