When a player is killed by an illager, the illager levels up anda remembers the player

After killing a player, Illagers will become “Notable”. Notable Illagers:
- Gain a name and title
- Become a patrol captain
- Level up their armor, weapons, and stats every time they kill a player
- Will directly adress the player with (somewhat) random lines based on their previous interactions
- Will persist after restart or chunk unloading
- Will drop their nice, upgraded gear upon death
This is mostly inspired by the Nemesis System from Shadow of Mordor. Modded illagers should be affected as well as vanilla.

- A menu to view all Notable Illagers

Notable Illagers 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 NeoForge，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。
