When a chunk exceeds configurable performance thresholds:

⏸️ Redstone Freeze: Non-player redstone updates are paused for 20 seconds

🛑 Entity Halt: Non-player entities stop processing temporarily

🔄 Auto-Resume: Normal operation resumes automatically after the cooldown period
