The Infinite Wind Charge is a pinnacle utility item that grants its wielder complete mastery over momentum. Visually distinct with an enchanted glow, this artifact functions as a perpetual Wind Charge that is never consumed and has been engineered to operate with 2.5s cooldown, allowing for continuous use.
Crafting requires end-game resources: 4 Netherite Ingots, 4 Wind Charges, and 1 Eye of Ender.
