No Effect Particles

No Effect Particles removes the visual particles generated by status effects without changing the effects themselves.

The mod is fully client-side and lets you choose exactly which particles should be hidden.

Configuration

The mod includes a simple in-game configuration screen with three options:

• Remove my particles
• Remove other players’ particles
• Remove mob particles

Your settings are stored in:

config/noeffectparticles.json

Fabric

No Effect Particles does not require Fabric API.

Mod Menu is optional and provides access to the configuration screen directly from the mods menu.

NeoForge

The configuration screen can be opened directly from the NeoForge Mods menu.

Requirements

Fabric

• Minecraft 26.2
• Fabric Loader 0.19.5 or newer
• Java 25

NeoForge

• Minecraft 26.2
• NeoForge 26.2.0.88 or newer
• Java 25

Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader or NeoForge.
2. Download the correct No Effect Particles file for your mod loader.
3. Place the .jar file inside your mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft.

The mod does not need to be installed on the server.
