neofuture Dedicated Server Fix

A simple mod which aims to solve a crash when using NeoFuture in a dedicated server.

The mod simply verifies if what is being run is a client or server instance, and if it’s the latter, it simply disables the problematic classes. As it is, it currently disables Wind Charges entirely. Not breezes, dispensers nor players can use them. It’s a rough, provisional fix while the author provides a proper fix to the issue.

NeoFuture required both in the client and server side. This mod does nothing by itself.
Server fix should be put on the server side exclusively.
