More Kelp

Adds a new block called: Kelp Sand That can spawn only in the beach biome and acts similar to sand but also slows you down a bit. When right-clicked with bonemeal there is a chance it becomes a Block of Kelp. A Block of Kelp is very similar but in my opinion just gives it a bit more quality. If you want to, then you’re also able to craft the Block of Kelp with 9 Kelp. And I think that’s all! I hope you enjoy using my simple mod. [Note This is my first public mod for Minecraft so expect some errors… And well sorry but if you want this mod for another version it’s not coming.]
