Modern Industrialization Parallel Hatch

Added a parallel hatch to the Modern Industrialization mod.
Added compatibility with KubeJS, added the ability to customize parallel hatches, and when you customize the controller, if there is a custom casing, the casing model needs to be registered in order for it to change accordingly.
