Mochos Recursos (Resource Packs)

Your server’s resource packs, from inside the game. An addon for Mochos Esenciales that adds Admin → Resource packs: upload your packs or link them, choose their order and which ones are required, and reload them for everyone without restarting the server.

What it does

• 📦 Upload .zip files — pick the file on your computer and the server itself serves it with a small built-in web server (on the port you choose). No external hosting.
• 🔗 Or add links — GitHub, your website, Dropbox, MCPacks… Dropbox and GitHub share links become direct downloads by themselves. Before the first link, a notice explains where to keep it safely (it can be skipped).
• 🔢 Several packs and their order — with arrows: the top one wins when two change the same thing, like the game’s own pack list. Turn each one on or off, rename it or upload a new version that keeps its place.
• 🔄 Live reload — "Apply to everyone now" sends the current list to everyone online (checking the links first); "Try on me only" sends it just to you. If you only save, players get it the next time they join.
• 🆕 Always the latest version — every version of a pack has its own identity (from its content), so the game loads the changes even when the pack keeps its name. A .zip with the pack inside a folder is fixed automatically.
• 🔒 Required or optional — per pack. Whoever declines a required pack is disconnected with your message (with colours and formatting); the default one explains how to turn server packs back on. The question text can be changed too.
• 📊 Status — how many players loaded, declined or failed to load each pack, and a notice to admins when someone fails.

For admins

• Automatic address: each player downloads from the same address they joined with. Behind a proxy or another domain, type the public address. The panel warns when the address only works on the local network.
• Web server port and largest upload (up to 250 MB, the game’s limit).
• The list and its messages are saved, loaded and shared as JSON from Admin → Configurations of Mochos Esenciales.
• Other addons can publish their own packs: Mochos Forja delivers its models through it.

Installation

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.265 or newer and Mochos Esenciales 0.10.0 or newer.

For uploaded files, open the web server port (25580 by default) in the firewall or your hosting panel.
