Using the command provided by this mod to summon a creature from the whitelist will mark that creature's dynamic position as force-loaded.

Register the creature ID in the whitelist, then use this mod’s /mfforceload command to summon that creature. It will be dynamically marked as force-loaded, and its simulation distance will also be activated so it can still move freely when far away from the player instead of being frozen by ticks.
