Mob Contracts

Mob Contracts is a very simple mod, every three days (configurable) you will recieve a “contract” which you can start by right clicking. These contracts will give you rewards based on how hard they are. The harder the contract the better reward. Now that you know the basic premise, lets go more in depth.

Contracts

Contracts are your standard quest that you get every three days. At first they’ll be easy, but as you unlock some notable advancements such as Monster Hunter, Acquire Hardware, Into Fire and Free the End the contracts will get harder. You can only start one contract at a time.

Bounties

Bounties are a seperate type of quest you unlock upon getting the Ice Bucket Challenge advancement. Bounties are a extremely hard quest type that offers greater rewards than your average contract. Every time you complete 3 contracts you’ll recieve a bounty.

Covenants

Covenants are another special quest type that are available from the start. They have a 20% chance to be given to you every 3 days, which is also configurable. Covenants are special elite hunts that track “Elite Targets” which are special mobs. Elite Targets will have the glowing effect and when you start a covenant you’ll be given a compass pointing you towards the Elite Target.

• Advancements
• Config available to modify certain aspects of the mod
• There is a hotkey to cancel contracts/bounties/covenants (J)
• Basic contracts unlocked from the start have a small chance to generate in chests
• Hunter Ranks, every 10 contracts completed gives you a new rank, they are cosmetic and can be viewed by hovering over your name in the chat
• Hunt History, a way to view all of the contracts/bounties/covenants you’ve completed, it shows you the number and the individual contracts allowing you to disable them to get new quests (press H).
• Using commands, friends can help you complete contracts/bounties/covenants in multiplayer
