Mishanguc: Better Colortool

This mod is an add-on for Mishang Urban Construction.

Adds:

• Recipe for Color Tool, making it accessible in Survival Mode.
• A command /mscolortool . This sets the color tool in the mainhand with a specified color.
• Compatible with RGB Blocks: With the Painting Bucket(from RGB Blocks) in the offhand and Color Tool in the mainhand , Shift-Right-Click in the air will apply the color of the Painting Bucket to the Color Tool.

迷上城建模组的附属。

该模组添加了：

• 颜色工具的配方。现在在生存模式也可以使用颜色工具了。
• 新指令/mscolortool 。使用后可以将手持的颜色工具设置为指定的颜色。
• 与RGB Blocks兼容：副手持有RGB Blocks模组的油漆桶，主手持有颜色工具时，对空气Shift+右键可以将油漆桶的颜色应用到颜色工具上。
