Unofficial fan-made port. Not affiliated with the official MineCars.

Turn a MineCar into a powerful drilling machine!

MineCars: Drill Edition brings the Drill MineCar from the MineCars addon to Minecraft Java 1.12.2 Forge.

This is an unofficial Java 1.12.2 Forge port. The code was reimplemented from scratch for Minecraft Java and is not the original Bedrock addon code. The original Drill MineCar’s 3D model, textures and sounds are used with permission from RandomKerbal.

Requires GeckoLib 3.0.31 (Sauralib may also work).

Features

• Diamond Boi: creates a 3×3 tunnel and cannot break Obsidian. It overheats and has to cool down.
• Netherite Boi: creates a 5×5 tunnel, can break Obsidian and other breakable blocks, automatically smelts mined drops, is immune to fire and lava, and uses fuel much more efficiently.
• Activate and deactivate the drill with a key. Refuel without leaving the cart.
• Deals damage to nearby mobs while drilling.
• Automatically places torches inside the tunnel while mining.
• Can drill vertically when falling from a height.
• Needs fuel to operate (coal, charcoal, wood… any item that burns in a furnace).
• Mined blocks drop as normal items.
• Animated models using GeckoLib.
• English and Spanish translations.

Este es un port no oficial a Java 1.12.2 Forge. El código ha sido reimplementado desde cero para Minecraft Java y no es el código original del addon de Bedrock. El modelo 3D, las texturas y los sonidos originales de la Drill MineCar se utilizan con permiso de RandomKerbal.

Características

• Diamond Boi: crea un túnel de 3×3 y no puede romper Obsidiana. Se sobrecalienta y debe enfriarse.
• Netherite Boi: crea un túnel de 5×5, puede romper Obsidiana y otros bloques rompibles, funde automáticamente los objetos minados, es inmune al fuego y la lava y gasta mucho menos combustible.
• Activa y desactiva el taladro con una tecla. Reposta sin bajarte de la vagoneta.
• Hace daño a los mobs cercanos mientras perfora.
• Coloca antorchas automáticamente dentro del túnel mientras mina.
• Puede perforar verticalmente al caer desde una altura.
• Necesita combustible para funcionar (carbón, carbón vegetal, madera… cualquier objeto que arda en un horno).
• Los bloques minados caen como objetos normales.
• Modelos animados mediante GeckoLib.
• Traducción al inglés y al español.
