Description
Adds a new villager-based faction to the Overworld, whose mercenaries can be recruited by both villages and players.
Mercenary
A recruitable warrior.
- Attacks illagers, witches and zombies.
- Retaliates against hostile players.
- Can and will attack in groups.
- Can wear iron armor and sometimes bear the Allegiance Banner.
- Uses either a Iron Sword, an Iron Axe or a Crossbow.
- It will sometimes use a Shield / Allegiance Shield along with its main melee weapon.
Barracks
A small building housing the Mercenaries employed by the village.
- Generates in villages.
- 10 mercenaries spawn per barracks.
Allegiance Banner
A banner representing the mercenaries’ Company.
Allegiance Shield
A Shield with the Allegiance Banner pattern applied on it.
Notes
- Custom textures, polish/qol features are planned.
- This is an alpha quality mod. Bugs are expected.

Mercenaries 支持 Minecraft Java 版 26.2，可用的加载器：Fabric。下载时注意选择和你游戏版本一致的文件。
Mercenaries 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。运行环境：客户端和服务端都要装。
