Mekanism: Brewing Factory

This is NOT an official Mekanism mod. All credit for the base mod goes to its author.

This mod adds three new features to Mekanism:

1. Brewing Chamber and Tiered Brewing Factories (Basic, Advanced, Elite, Ultimate) which produce brewing stand recipes using FE instead of Blaze Powder
2. Potion Decanter which can unbottle potions into a liquid form in its internal tank, and re-bottle potions from its tank. This becomes useful for #3.
3. New Meka-Suit module for the headpiece which adds a second liquid tank, separate from the one used for Nutritional Paste. This new tank can store liquid potions, and while the headpiece is worn and the module is enabled, it will automatically administer the stored potion, 250mB (customizable via config) at a time, granting you the potion’s normal effects. For example, if you store 3 minute 20% speed, every 3 minutes it will drain 250mB of the internal tank and refresh your potion buff.
