Lightning Spear

Heaven’s Verdict is a highly configurable, craftable, throwable spear infused with the power of lightning.

MECHANICS:

Enchanting the spear with lunge 1, 2 and 3 will give speed 1, 2 and 3 respectively after lunging.
Sneaking, then holding right click will enter throwing mode that works like a trident. Hitting a mob will smite it, and every other mob in a 5 block radius, with lightning. The Chain Lightning strikes deal the same damage as the original hit.
For every mob hit by the lightning chain after a successfull throw and hit, a stack of Overcharge is gained. Every stack gives a 10% attack speed increase for 15 seconds for a maximum of 10 stacks. At the end of the 15 seconds one stack will be lost. Stacks remain even without the spear in hand which opens the opportunity to buff other weapons. Combining lunge, the speed boost it gives and the increased attack speed makes for some pretty fast movement.
Going into thowing mode and pressing G will arm the Divine Storm. A powerful ability that smites everything in a 25 block radius around the landing spot of the spear, regardless if a mob was hit. Using this ability will consume 50% of one’s total health.
