Legacy Sneak Camera
After playing a lot of PvP on older Minecraft versions, I missed the quick, subtle camera movement when sneaking. This client-side mod brings that feel to Forge 1.20.1.
-The first-person camera switches height instantly when you sneak or stand up.
-Sneaking lowers the camera by half the usual 1.20.1 distance.
-Hitboxes, movement, the third-person model, and server behavior are unchanged.
Requirements: Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 and Forge 47.x. Install it on the client; the server does not need the mod.
This mod is inspired by the feel of older PvP versions. It is not an exact recreation of every old-version sneaking mechanic.
