Left Hand Forge
A Forge 1.8.9 mod that renders the left hand as the main hand in first-person view, just like newer Minecraft versions (1.9+).
Features
- Left Hand Rendering — Shows your left hand as the main hand in first-person view
- Keybind Toggle — Press
Lto instantly switch between left and right hand modes - Settings GUI — Accessible via Options > Skin Customization with a "Main Hand: Right/Left" button
- Configurable Offsets — Fine-tune X/Y/Z position and rotation for both hand and item independently
- Configurable via Config File — All values stored in
lefthand.cfgfor easy editing
Installation
- Install Forge 1.8.9 (11.15.1.2318 or later)
- Install mixinbooter (required for Mixin support)
- Place the JAR in your
modsfolder - Launch and press
