Leafies is a cozy decoration mod about pottery and indoor plants. Shape clay on a potter’s wheel, fire it in a kiln, paint it pixel by pixel, then grow a monstera big enough to touch the ceiling. Nothing here is a chore: plants never die, they just need a drink now and then.

🏺 Make your own pots

• Potter’s Wheel: spin clay into 16 pot shapes in 3 sizes: classic flower pots, urns, long toms and hourglass pots, plus creature pots shaped like Creepers, Sheep, Frogs, Turtles, Cats, Dogs, Owls and more.
• Kiln: fire your clay into terracotta, then fire painted pots again to give them a glossy glaze.
• Potter’s Bench: a full 3D paint editor with brushes, fill, lines, rings, stamps, mirror mode and an unfolded flat view. Paint a pot exactly the way you want it. The bench also fills pots with soil and ties cords on so they can hang from the ceiling.
• Wheels and kilns come in 28 stone and brick styles to match any build.

🪴 Grow houseplants

20 houseplants to collect: Monstera, Pothos, Snake Plant, Fiddle-leaf Fig, Bird of Paradise, Boston Fern, Peace Lily, Rubber Plant, String of Pearls, String of Hearts, Moth Orchid, Venus Flytrap and more.

• One simple rule: one watering = one growth stage. Bigger pots let plants grow bigger, some up to 3 blocks tall.
• Plants never die. Forget them and their leaves slowly yellow; water them and they green right back up.
• Vines and fronds drape naturally over pot rims, table edges and shelves, and hang down below hanging pots.
• Take cuttings with shears, speed things up with bone meal, or fill a pot with a bouquet of flowers instead.
• The copper Watering Can pours with a little animation and can be placed as decoration. Pair it with a Faucet.

🌎 Find them in the world

• Every plant grows wild in its own biome: jungles, deserts, swamps, taigas, cherry groves and more. Works with biome mods like Biomes O’ Plenty, Terralith and Regions Unexplored.
• Cuttings sometimes drop from grass and leaves, and the wandering trader sells them.
• Meet the Gardener, a new villager who works at the Potter’s Bench. Gardener houses appear in villages in five styles, including villages added by other mods.

In all 11 woods: Planter Boxes that join into long garden beds, Plant Stands that join into tables, Wall Shelves that turn corners, and open Plant Shelves to show off your collection.

🧡 The Potling

Find The Legend of the Potling in a Gardener’s house and learn how to wake a pot up. A Potling is a tiny living flower pot that wears whatever you plant in it, cheers when you pat it, naps in the afternoon and dances to music. Hand it your watering can and it’ll water your plants for you, climbing up pots and pulling out a little stepladder to reach the tall ones.

Fancy Tab Sections is bundled inside the mod, so there’s nothing extra to install for it.

⚙️ Config

Watering duration, growth speed, bone meal chance, hanging cord length and Gardener house frequency can all be changed in the common config.

Leafies is in early development (0.1.0). Expect bugs, and please report them!
