You can modify the world generation in both Minecraft versions, to do that, create a datapack and use “kolbeniksorelib” as the modid
This Mod uses tags, for example every ore has a tag with the mod id, the sandpaper also have a tag: “kolbeniksorelib:sandpaper”
Usage of this Mod:
You can use it in your Modpack or even use it as an dependency for your own Mod
