Kamen Rider ZZZ — Time Limit

The power to transform is not infinite.

Kamen Rider ZZZ — Time Limit adds a new Transformation Energy system to Kamen Rider ZZZ, giving your transformation a resource that must be managed during your adventures.

Instead of simply having a fixed transformation timer, your Rider starts with 100% Transformation Energy. Staying transformed slowly consumes energy, while combat and powerful abilities consume much more.

The longer you fight, the more carefully you’ll have to choose when to use your strongest abilities.

– Transformation Energy

While transformed, your energy gradually decreases.

Outside of combat, energy drains slowly at 1% every 3 seconds. Entering combat increases the drain to 1% every 1 seconds, making prolonged fights progressively more dangerous.

Your abilities also have an energy cost:

• Skills — 15%
• Final — 30%

This means that using your strongest abilities recklessly can leave you with very little energy when you need it most.

A dedicated energy bar appears above the hunger bar, allowing you to keep track of your remaining transformation power at all times.

As your energy becomes low, the HUD changes and visual effects intensify, warning you that your transformation is approaching its limit.

– When the Energy Runs Out

Reach 0%, and the transformation is forcibly ended.

You’ll enter a transformation cooldown before you can transform again.

However, manually ending your transformation works differently. The cooldown is based on how much energy you had remaining, meaning that leaving the transformation early can significantly reduce your recovery time.

– Dream World

The Dream World follows different rules.

Transformations inside the Dream World do not consume Transformation Energy, allowing you to use your Rider’s abilities without worrying about running out of energy.

– Recover Faster

Need to get back into the fight?

Golden Apples can reduce your transformation cooldown:

• 🍎 Golden Apple: -30 seconds
• ✨ Enchanted Golden Apple: -50 seconds

The reduction is applied when the apple is actually consumed, and the cooldown can never go below zero.

– A Last Chance

While transformed, taking damage that would normally kill you will instead force you out of the transformation and activate the recharge cooldown, leaving you at 1 HP.

It’s not a free escape — but it might give you the chance to survive.

– Designed to Feel Like a Transformation Limit

The goal of this addon isn’t to simply put a countdown on your transformation.

It’s about making the transformation itself something you have to manage.

You can stay transformed for a long time when you’re simply exploring. But once the fight begins, your energy starts disappearing faster. Using a Skill is a meaningful decision. Using your Final can make the difference between winning the fight and being forced out of your transformation.
