Just bleeding

Bleeding makes wounds matter. Players and other living creatures can suffer a staged Bleeding effect from sharp weapons, projectiles, dangerous creatures, spiders, and cactus contact. Armor lowers the chance of bleeding, but repeated wounds escalate through four increasingly dangerous stages.
