JEI Tag Groups

A client-side mod for organizing JEI recipes and item lists.

Collapse recipes for similar items, such as enchanted book recipes, unnecessary tool repair recipes, and armor trim recipes.

Features

• Collapse duplicate item entries in JEI by item tags or item IDs.
• Collapse recipes by recipe ID, text contained in the recipe ID, input items, or output items.
• Includes ready-to-use item and recipe grouping presets, listed below.
• Hover over a collapsed recipe and use the configured key to expand or collapse it.
• Cycle through all collapsed recipes on the current page.
• Customize the border color of collapsed entries.

How to Use

• Customize the JSON rules in config/jei_tag_groups/ to suit your modpack.
• Press F3+T after editing the configuration to reload it.

Default Groups

Items

• Enchanted books; regular, splash, and lingering potions; spawn eggs.
• Candles, banners, music discs, pottery sherds, and armor trim smithing templates.
• Logs, planks, fences, fence gates, stairs, slabs, and walls.
• Doors, trapdoors, buttons, wooden pressure plates, signs, hanging signs, and boats (including chest boats and rafts).

Each category is grouped separately: for example, logs and planks form separate groups.

Recipes

• Enchanted book anvil recipes.
• Item repair recipes.
• Armor trim smithing recipes.

Automatic Same-ID Grouping

• Automatically collapse different JEI entries sharing the same item ID when their count exceeds the configured threshold (default: more than 10 entries). This counts JEI variants, not stack size.
• Configure the threshold and an item ID blacklist in config/jei_tag_groups/auto_item_groups.json. Blacklisted IDs are excluded from automatic same-ID grouping.

JEI Tag Groups 中文介绍

用于整理 JEI 配方与物品列表的客户端模组。

可以将附魔书、物品修复、盔甲纹饰等大量相似配方，以及同类别的物品条目折叠显示，减少列表占用。

功能

• 按物品标签或物品 ID 折叠 JEI 物品条目。
• 按配方 ID、配方 ID 包含的文本、输入物品或输出物品折叠配方。
• 内置多类物品与配方的默认折叠规则。
• 悬停折叠配方后，使用配置的快捷键展开或折叠。
• 可轮播当前页面中的折叠配方。
• 可自定义折叠条目的边框颜色。

使用方法

• 配置位于 config/jei_tag_groups/，使用 JSON 格式，可按整合包需要添加或调整折叠规则。
• 修改配置后按 F3+T 重载。

默认折叠项目

物品

• 附魔书；普通药水、喷溅药水、滞留药水；刷怪蛋。
• 蜡烛、旗帜、唱片、陶片、盔甲纹饰模板。
• 原木、木板、栅栏、栅栏门、楼梯、台阶、墙。
• 门、活板门、按钮、木制压力板、告示牌、悬挂告示牌、船（含运输船和竹筏）。

各类别分别折叠，例如原木与木板各自成组。

配方

• 附魔书铁砧配方。
• 物品修复配方。
• 盔甲纹饰锻造配方。

同 ID 自动折叠

• 同一物品 ID 在 JEI 中的不同条目数量大于设定阈值时自动折叠，默认阈值为 10；统计的是 JEI 条目数，不是物品堆叠数量。
• 可在 config/jei_tag_groups/auto_item_groups.json 中修改数量阈值并填写物品 ID 黑名单；黑名单中的物品不参与同 ID 自动折叠。
