See who owns the land you are looking at, right in Jade’s tooltip.
Look at a block to see the claiming team’s colored name. Force-loaded chunks get an extra marker, while unclaimed land leaves the tooltip clear.
Works with Jade and FTB Chunks. Only claims visible to you can be shown. You can hide the extra line in Jade’s plugin settings.
