ItemHighlighter

Hold an item, give it a color, spot it instantly. Highlighted items get a glowing outline in the world (dropped items and item frames), a tinted texture in the hotbar, inventory and containers, and a colored ★ Highlighted tooltip line. No keybinds.

/hl #RRGGBB highlights the held item type (& and § codes work too)
/hl clear removes it, /hl list shows them all
Each item type keeps its own color, saved across restarts
matchComponents narrows a highlight to the exact item you hold

Install

Client side: install it in your own game.

Requires Mycel: install it alongside this mod. Minecraft 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, Java 25. On Fabric you also need Fabric API.
