This adds the command /glitch which can be used to see wielders of the glitch and to give it to yourself, or get it by running 2k blocks, getting the advancment, and craftting it with the recipe below:
Gold Ingot|Diamond|Gold Ingot
Diamond|Speed 2 potion|Diamond
Gold Ingot|Diamond|Gold Ingot

once you have it the more you run you gain more and more momentum and speed, after stopping for 10 seconds your speed starts draining.
