Disables the sleeping mechanic entirely while keeping beds functional as respawn anchors.

• ❌ Players cannot sleep through the night in beds.
• ✅ Interacting with a bed still sets your respawn point.
• 💬 A brief action-bar message notifies the player when they try to sleep.
