Immortal Spells (仙法)

Ascend beyond legend.

Immortal Spells is a cultivation-inspired addon for Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks on Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge (a 1.21.1 / NeoForge build is also available). It adds the Xian school, Ascendant rarity, a dedicated spellbook, new materials, and ink-based progression.

Features

• 9 Xian spells built around barriers, thunder, celestial power, starfalls, and cloud-riding
• Ascendant rarity, a tier above Legendary
• Xian Codex, Xianling Ore, Xian Ingots, and Xian Crystals
• Custom starfield, thunder, barrier, and somersault-cloud effects

Spells

• Immortal Presence — flight, spell power, and a personal retaliating shield; ends with Hollow Soul.
• Absolute Barrier — two-stage barrier that blocks, repels, and retaliates. Ascendant from level 3.
• Eye of Ruin — strips buffs, marks enemies with Blood Eye, and reveals hostile spell entities.
• Fa Tian Xiang Di — towering giant form with increased power, reach, and a suppressing aura.
• Five Thunder Orthodox Law — a massive thunderstorm with escalating lightning and divine thunder. Ascendant from level 3.
• Qing Yuan Body Protection — a fast, following shield that absorbs attacks.
• Hui Yuan Shu — heals, accelerates mana regeneration, and resets other spell cooldowns.
• Myriad Stars to the Void — three stages of destruction and a final 64-block annihilation that destroys all creatures in range.
• Riding the Clouds — conjures a bound somersault cloud in front of you; only the caster can ride it. Flight speed rises with spell level, and casting again dismisses it. If the cloud is lost, the spell goes on cooldown. Requires ThunderCloud Core 1.0.6+.

Progression

• Xianling Ore generates in the overworld between Y = -50 and Y = 38, never exposed to air. The richest veins are around Y = -50 to -46.
• True-Immortal Ink is crafted shapelessly from four Legendary Ink and one Mithril Ingot.
• The Xian Codex starts with four locked spells: Myriad Stars to the Void 1, Immortal Presence 5, Absolute Barrier 5, and Five Thunder Orthodox Law 5.

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47.x, or Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge 21.1.x
• Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks 3.16.3 or newer
• ThunderCloud Core 1.0.6 or newer (required — the somersault cloud is built on its entity API)
