adds a compatibility layer between icy’s better horses and horse combat controls, read the github for a more in depth featurelist

tl;dr, features are

• horse combat controls take priority over icy’s
• horse combat controls has better compatibility with the charge mechanic
• horses prevent sitting on things like boats and chairs (causes issues)
• (optional) added the overencumbered mechanic when you put sacks in the horse chest for balancing purposes
• (optional) epic knights caparison compatibility
