_If you wish to use Hyrinity in a mod pack, if the damage and hp system collides with another mod you can simply disable hyrinity’s system by doing_ /gamerule hyrCompatibilityMode true

Note: you may have to clear off resistance from entities if compatibility wasn’t already on before.

• The default key to open the menu is [home]
• Highly recommend you use Just Enough Items or a recipe mod alongside this mod if you do not have a modpack.

The mod is an overall content mod, adding multiple things such as:

• Unique and diverse lore.
• Custom and themed dimensions.
• Minibosses and full on boss fights.
• Several biomes within the custom dimensions.
• Custom mechanics, such as a fully decked out damage and health system, weapon and armor classes (Melee, Mage, Ranger) and more!
• Many new items, armor, tools, weapons, blocks and other decorative things.

Combat

• When you strike a mob, after a second or so you will hear a little click sound indicating you can strike and deal full damage again. This is the cooldown system.
• When wielding a Hyrinity bow, it will not properly fire if you are holding a shield in your off hand.

Health

• The mod uses a completely customized system as opposed to Minecraft’s.
• Your base HP will always be 50 unless modified via gamerule.
• You can upgrade your HP by consuming Nature, Lava and Moon Hearts.

Mana

• Mana gets consumed when using a magic item or weapon.
• To regenerate mana, you need the Mana Regeneration Stone which can be upgraded to make faster regen possible.
• Similarly to Health, Mana has Crystal Stars, again allowing for a default of 15 possible consumptions.

Defense

• This is the mod’s version of armor points, the more you have the less damage you will take from most things that care about defense.

Level

• The leveling system consists of your Player Level, and the skill levels.

Your player’s level affects several components of gameplay. Such as Combat, Crafting, Mining and even Exploration.

• Skill levels are always limited to HALF of your max Player Level.

Example: you are player level 10, your max level for skills is 5.

• Player Level is solely leveled up via EXP. Skill levels are a combination of less XP but with their respective Tokens. Example: Melee Token, Ranged Token, ect.

Melee Level

• Overall increase to your melee/sword damage output. Will unlock special sword abilities as well.

Magic Level

• Levels up your weapons and items, allowing them to be more capable at the cost of less mana.

Ranged Level

• Makes ranger items and weapons stronger, making certain accessories aid more in movement and accuracy.

Mining Level

• Directly affects your block breaking speed, the higher you level up the faster you will mine.
• Custom dimensions have very strong blocks and exploration in them will be greatly affected by how fast you can mine.

Crafting Level

• Especially relevant for the Disk of Enchanting as well as custom crafting stations that are to come.
• Leveling up your crafting will gain you access to higher power/tier crafting recipes and will allow you to use more altars.

Movement Level

• Affects your movement speed and swim speed.
• Changes how effective the boosters are as well as flight time lasting longer the higher you level up.

Flight

• Flight is simply a number that notifies you on how much you can fly. It does not go down by seconds. Flight can be obtained by crafting items such as Wings or any accessory that may allow for flying.

Reworked Vanilla Bosses

In Hyrinity, the Warden, Wither and Ender Dragon have all been reworked.

• The Warden has been made into a feasable fight.
• The Wither has been completely overhauled with a few new attacks.
• The Dragon has a huge change, with 5 new attack patterns in store for you.

Reccomendations before going in:

• Make sure you level up your player, as well as your skills.
• Craft the best HP Potions you can
• You do not need max prot gear, although protection is recommended.
• Tier 2 armor is ideal with the Wither and onwards. They can be crafted via the Obsidian Altar // Shadow Bookshelf // Earth Smither.
