Minecraft only lets you use your 9 hotbar slots while you play — the other 27 just sit in your bag. Hotbar Switch lets you instantly change which inventory row is in your hands. Tap a key, the arrow keys, or scroll, and a different row slides into your hotbar. It’s like carrying four hotbars at once.

In Minecraft the server controls your inventory, so a client-only mod can’t add real new slots. Hotbar Switch instead rearranges the 36 slots you already have, using the exact action the game performs when you press a number key over a slot — so the server validates every move:

Normal scrolling still selects your hotbar slot — rows only switch while you hold the modifier key.

❓ FAQ
Does this add more inventory slots? No — nothing client-side can on a server you don’t control. It gives fast access to the slots you already have.
Can items get lost or duplicated? No. Every move is a normal, server-approved swap.
Does it work on servers? Yes — any server. It’s 100% client-side.
