Hollow Contract Hunter

The Fabric mod half of **Hollow Contract**, a horror game mode for Minecraft 26.3. It provides the hunter that stalks players during contracts. Needs Fabric Loader 0.19.5+ and **Fabric API**.

**Required:** Fabric API, **Hollow Contract (Datapack)** and **Hollow Contract (Resource Pack)**. The mod does nothing on its own.

> **⚠ Loud audio warning.** Jump scares and the hunter use sudden, loud sounds: the face flash, the fake hunter rush scream, the lobby stalker scream and the hunter’s attack screech. Lower your master volume before you start, and take care with headphones.

## What it does (stable v486)

– Per-player contracts. First hunt 75–120 s in, then the next hunt 30–45 s after each one ends. The ghost room moves once after the first hunt, never into an occupied room.
– Lobby: Ham_bone375 lines, a stalker 20–28 blocks out (1–2 per wait), 1–2 jump scares per player (face flash rotates 3 faces). One mine OR effigy per wait, night only, on Ham cues.
– Long nights (~24 min), beds set spawn but no sleeping. The End portal opens at 12 eyes; kill the End hunter to win.

## Install (stock Fabric, Minecraft 26.3)

You need **all three pieces in matching versions** (same release), plus Fabric API.

1. Install Minecraft 26.3 with Fabric Loader, and put Fabric API in `.minecraft/mods/`.
2. Put the hunter jar in `.minecraft/mods/`.
3. Put the resource pack zip in `.minecraft/resourcepacks/` and enable it in Options → Resource Packs.
4. Put the datapack `-dropin.zip` in `saves/<world>/datapacks/` (or add it from the world’s Data Packs screen when creating it).
5. Don’t unzip anything. The zips go in as they are.
6. Open the world. For an existing world, run `/reload`.

**Server:** datapack in the server world’s `datapacks/`; every player needs the resource pack; server and every client need the hunter jar + Fabric API.

Never mix versions: current stable is datapack v486 + resource pack v191 + hunter 1.3.2.
