Hard(er) Difficulty

Changes:

– Mobs now have better gear, scaling with difficulty
– Mobs can use shields
– Stronger mobs can throw you upwards (such as iron golems)
– Iron golems will repair themselves when out of combat

Planned features:

– Weaker mobs can place blocks (not implemented yet)
– (might add this) Phantoms spawn if you sleep too much, instead of not sleeping
– (might add this) Minibosses
– Mobs assist eachother (e.g. creepers get pushed forward)
– Random mob attributes (e.g. extra/less damage/speed)
