GxGCraft: A Sword Called Devour

the weapon is called “Devour” and is crafted with 3 new items dropped by killing mobs:

“Blood of the Fallen” will drop if you kill a creeper with your fist
“Blood of the Undead” will drop if you punch a zombie to death
“Blood of the Vengeful” will drop if you kill a skeleton with your bare hands

a weapon is merely an extension. if you cannot conquer the hardships of battle, you are not worthy of one.

assemble the blood with 2 goontonium ingots.

The sword starts at 7 damage. but it comes with a custom enchant:

“Bad Moon Rising” and it scales….to 100

With every 10 kills, whether it be a friendly mob, a hostile mob, or another player, their life force gets sucked into the blade. it calculates the health of the enemy killed, and adds a quarter of it as damage to the blade.

so if you kill a zombie on your 10th kill, they have 20 health points. the enchantment goes up by one level, and you go from 7 damage, to 7.2, a percent of that mobs health.

the only way to scale this weapon, is to keep killing.

meaning, the bigger the enemies you fight, the stronger your sword gets. When you hit level 100, the sword will gain withering effects on hit, and theres a 10% chance of instantly killing your enemy.

every 3 hits with your sword, youll charge a red energy slash. the slash can travel up to 15 blocks, and hits for 15 points of damage with a 5% chance of burning.

when you craft the weapon, lighting will strike nearby, and youll unlock the enchantment “Ragna Rock The House”

when you reach level 100 with the sword, you’ll unlock the achievement “Bad Moon Rising”
