Glow Banners
This mod adds Glowing Banners! these can be acquired by using a _Glow Ink Sac_ on a banner, making the entire banner and its layers glow. An ink sac will similarly remove the glowing.
You can make individual layers glow by placing a glow ink sac in a loom with the banner, which will make the last applied layer glow. You can similarly remove the latest layers glowing with an ink sac.
This glowing applies to banners put on shields too!

Glow Banners 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric / NeoForge / Quilt，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。运行环境：客户端和服务端都要装。
