GatePlus lets you build massive, fully animated gates and doors of any size and shape – made from any blocks you want. No models, no GeckoLib, no Mixins. Just place your blocks, link them with the wrench, and watch them swing, slide, or rise open with smooth animations.

Perfect for castle gates, palace doors, dungeon entrances, hidden floor hatches, and drawbridges.

 Features

• Any size, any blocks – a 2×2 or a 20×20 gate, built from whatever blocks you like.
• Three door types:
  • Swing – hinges on the sides, opens like a door.
  • Slide – hinges top & bottom, retracts open.
  • Floor – a horizontal hatch that rises up or drops down (with its own Floor Hinge block).
• Single or double (“split in the middle”) doors.
• Choose the opening side with one click in the config.
• Smooth, lag-optimized animation using block-display entities (real solid blocks when open — not ghosts).
• Per-door wrench GUI – configure everything without commands:
  • Right-click / redstone / lever opening
  • Proximity auto-open (opens as players approach)
  • Who can open: Everyone / Allowlist / Owner
  • Opening speed (in ticks)
  • Custom open sound (searchable, works with modpack sounds)
  • Camera shake (op)
  • Disguise the hinge as any block
• Dungeon Keys – 16 colored keys to lock a gate to a specific key. The matching key opens it, gets consumed, and plays a key-pop animation. Great for dungeons and progression.
• Ownership & protection – only the owner (or an admin with the red wrench) can edit a gate. Linked blocks are unbreakable in survival.
• Server-friendly – no client mod required beyond GatePlus itself; optimized for multiplayer with many gates.

How to use

1. 1. Build two columns/lines of Gate Hinges (or Floor Hinges for floor doors) on opposite edges.
   2. Fill the space between them with any blocks (your door).
   3. Grab the Gate Wrench, right-click one hinge, then the other → linked!
   4. Right-click the wrench on a hinge again to open the config menu.
   5. Open with right-click, redstone, proximity, or a dungeon key.
