Concussions make you see things. Fake zombies and skeletons stalk you — harmless, but you won’t know until you swing. One hit and they vanish in smoke.

Bandage (3 wool) — stops bleeding
Splint (2 iron + planks) — fixes sprains
Digestive Medicine (bottle + sugar + brown mushroom) — cures food poisoning
Oxygen Mask (3 iron + glass) — restores your breath
Ankle Brace (3 iron + stick + diamond) — wear it in your boots slot: your leg is still broken, but you can walk. Trade-off: no armored boots.
Medikit (medicine + splint + bandage + oxygen mask + diamond) — cures everything
Sleep in a bed — relieves arm fatigue
