Fixed Waterlogging

Buggy with many mods that add new blocks.

Features

• Adds the waterlogging property to many blocks vanilla doesn’t cover
• Makes the piston waterlogging mechanic similar to the bedrock one but the water only flows out the facing direction

Known Issues:

• Only clientside install will display blocks completely wrong
• Datapack structure generation issues with modified blocks
