fiutiu additions

Inspired by lovecraftian themes, this is an addon mod for the Fiutiu modpacks and projects, adding things such as:

Blocks and biomes

Currently only includes a bloodsoaked biome fleshyscablands with accompanying blocks

Entities

The white and red bloodcell that attacks players.

and other tweaks.
Currently it add’s a new mob and biome to accompany it but there’s a clear intent to add more.
