• Horse Armour now has Armor Stat Tooltip
  
• Dyeable Items now have a Tooltip saying “Dyeable” (Including Item Frames when Quark is installed)
  
• All Food Items now have a Tooltip displaying any Potion Effects they grant
• Ability to Add A Custom Tooltip to any Item
• All Features are Toggleable
