Notes:

•  Turrets require batteries to operate.
•  Crouch and right-click to turn a turret on or off.
•  By default, turrets only target hostile (monster-type) entities.
•  To customize turret behavior, install SARA’s Module with the appropriate chips.
•  Turrets can be repaired using a wrench.
•  This mod is currently in beta, so some features may be unpolished or incomplete.
