Fast Redstone Utilities

A small mod adding three new zero-tick redstone components!

The Components:

• Inverter: Instantly inverts it’s input, essentially behaving like a faster redstone torch
• Diode: Only allows power to flow in one direction (from it’s input to it’s output), essentially behaving like an instant redstone repeater
• Multi-Diode: Allows power to flow in from 3 sides, but only flow out on the final fourth side, acting as 3 diodes connected around a single redstone wire.
