Farmer’s Delight Tweaks

🔄 THE DECRAFTER MOVED TO DISASSEMBLY DELIGHT

Since 1.1.0, the Decrafter and the Decrafter Upgrade are no longer part of Farmer’s Delight Tweaks. They moved to a separate mod, Disassembly Delight, where they are now the Disassembly Table and the Disassembly Table Upgrade.

Updating a world that has Decrafters, or Decrafter Upgrades in backpacks:

1. Back up your world.
2. Install Disassembly Delight 1.0.0 or newer together with Farmer’s Delight Tweaks 1.1.0 or newer before you open the world.
3. Open the world. Placed Decrafters keep their contents and become Disassembly Tables, and Decrafter Upgrades stay in their backpacks as Disassembly Table Upgrades.

⚠️ If you update to 1.1.0 without Disassembly Delight, every Decrafter and Decrafter Upgrade in the world is deleted when it loads. Farmer’s Delight Tweaks logs a warning at startup when Disassembly Delight is missing. Disassembly Delight won’t start next to Farmer’s Delight Tweaks 1.0.x, so update both together.

📖 ABOUT

Farmer’s Delight Tweaks is a Farmer’s Delight add-on for NeoForge 1.21.1. It adds storage crates and sacks for the foods, seeds and saplings that Farmer’s Delight doesn’t cover, so a pantry wall holds nine stacks per block. 🧺

It also teaches the cutting board to take things apart: rope, canvas, nets, fences and knives go back to straw, sticks and nuggets, and Create parts and Sophisticated gear come apart when those mods are installed. A guard stops the board from cutting a container that still holds items. 🔪

The automatic machine that runs these recipes, the old Decrafter, now lives in Disassembly Delight. Each mod works without the other. 🔄

📚 FEATURES

• 🍎 Crates: Apple, sweet berry, glow berry, cocoa bean, sugar cane, nether wart and chorus fruit crates. 9 items in, 1 block.
• 🌱 Seed sacks: Wheat, pumpkin, melon, beetroot, torchflower, cabbage and tomato seeds.
• 🌳 Sapling sacks: Every vanilla sapling, plus the mangrove propagule.
• 🍇 Modded crops: Sacks and crates for Cultural, Veggies, Expanded, Fruits and Crabber’s Delight, Quark’s blossom and ancient saplings, and Supplementaries flax seeds. Their recipes only appear when that mod is installed.
• 🔪 Cutting-board salvage: Rope, canvas, safety nets, rope fences and knives come back apart on the cutting board.
• ⚙️ Create parts: Kinetics, machines, logistics parts, casings and tools salvage back to their main materials. Cheap bulk crafts like shafts are skipped.
• 🎒 Sophisticated gear: Backpacks, storage tiers and upgrades from Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage step back toward the previous tier.
• 🧩 Pack compat: Cutting recipes for Supplementaries fiber and decor, Quark rope, More Delight knives and Handcrafted sheets.
• 🛡️ Cutting-board guard: A Sophisticated chest or backpack, a Create toolbox, a shulker box or any other container that still holds items is never cut. Empty it first.
• 🥪 Shared ingredients: Tag bridges so Farmer’s Delight add-ons accept each other’s squid and calamari, cheese, bread slices, dough and cut vegetables.
• 📖 Recipe book: Crate and sack recipes unlock as soon as you pick up the ingredients.

⚙️ CONFIGURATION

There is no config file; nothing is created in .minecraft/config/. Crates, sacks and cutting-board recipes are ordinary datapack recipes under data/fd_storage_compat/recipe/, so a datapack can change or remove them. The cutting-board guard reads its rules from fd_storage_compat/container_rules.json inside the jar.
