Extra Strong Potions

Adds extra strong versions to every craftable potion in minecraft,

Each potion increases the strength of the previous strong version, for example –

A strength 2 potion for 1:30 seconds can be now brewed into a strength 3 potion for 1 minute.

You make each potion extra strong, when you combine the default strong potion and a large amethyst cluster.
