Eternal Shield Bead

A minimalist mod that introduces a single item: the Eternal Shield Bead.

By right-clicking on a creature while holding the bead, you grant it a permanent “Eternal Shield” effect. This effect cannot be removed by conventional means—affected entities become immune to death, always retaining 1% health upon receiving fatal damage. However, as a trade-off, all damage dealt by the affected entity is multiplied by its current health percentage.

Each Eternal Shield Bead can be used 10 times. Using it on a creature that already has the “Eternal Shield” effect will remove the status (without consuming a use).
