This adds many fleshy items, damaging effects you are pretty much stuck with, glitchy looking items, new portals, and a new dimension. I am not good enough to make it full horror yet, so it is moreso dread.

Zero Shovel, a pretty good shovel that looks like a wooden shovel

Liquid Curse, a projectile eye thing

Nothing else

Rotted bone

Zero (really weird purple and black thing (use a shovel))

Llkkllk (A weird stonelike)

Ghjgh (Llkkllk’s ore)

Many new biomes, 3 able to be in the dimension and overworld
