Enable Tools Upgrade

The ETU mod will add more variety to minecraft. Due to more than 40 new sets of different armor, more than 200 types of new weapons and tools, and new ores, mechanics, crafting – all this will very powerfully smooth out the usual minecraft and give it something warm and pleasant.
