Command:

Applies the “Speed” effect to “Steve” for 30 seconds with an amplifier of 1.
Use Case 2: Multi-word effect

Command:

/effect Alex night_vision 60 2

Applies the “Night Vision” effect to “Alex” for 60 seconds with an amplifier of 2.
