Adds support for DMR: More Dragons

| Nether | Soul Sand, Warped | Piglin, Zombified Piglin, Enderman, Skeleton, Ghast |

- 0.5% chance of replacement for all breeds
- Overworld Dragons only spawns at night
- Player bred animals don’t count
- 25% chance for a baby to spawn with the parent
